Coaches Comments
"Junior is another player that can create some noise on the pitch and has played in many different roles at the youth level, PDL level, and with LaSalle. Having redshirted last year, he will be itching to get into tip top form throughout the summer and get back into a prominent role for Coach Farrell in the Fall. Having him out there with some of the other players will definitely give us an extremely fast lineup with our front four or five if we feature him there or a great back five if we slot him into that role."
Another LaSalle representative and 3 year Nor’easters starter, Junior is one of the liveliest and most gifted players the Nor’easters have seen in recent years. Chapman has 34 games, over 1600 minutes of PDL experience under his belt. Going into his fourth season in a blue and white jersey, Junior will be seen as one of the leaders in the locker room, making sure the new boys realize how important it is to play for the Nor’easters and their supporters. At LaSalle, Junior has been a sensation tying second for most goals scored in 2010 and 2009. During his spell in England Junior had trials with West Ham United and learned a lot from that experience alone. He is proud to have graduated out of St. Augustine Prep High Schoolwhere he was a four year starter and captain of the Richland, NJ high school.
