Barons finish 2-2 at Virginia, tied for second place
The Ocean City Barons battled back from a 2-0 first half deficit and settled for a draw for the second night in a row. Byron Carmichael scored just before halftime, and Adam Sternberger added the equalizer in the second half and game finished in a 2-2 draw at the Virginia Legacy on Sunday night. Both teams finish the night with a point, and are tied for second place in the Mid-Atlantic Division. However, the Barons have played two less games than the Legacy, and one less game than the first place Hampton Roads Piranhas, who hold a 10 point gap between first and second place after a win on Sunday night over Fredericksburg.
