On the beautiful night at Carey Stadium, the Brooklyn Knights captured the Eastern Conference championship on Saturday with a narrow 1-0 win over the Cape Cod Crusaders. Tarik Smith earned a first half penalty kick that Danny Dragoi converted and the Knights defense held strong for the remainder of the match to give the Knights their first conference championship in club history.
