Introduce your kids to soccer with Nor'easters' Spring Indoor Recreation Program (Pre K Only)
Registration now open for program that kicks off March 9 in Ocean City, N.J.
The Ocean City Nor'easters are excited to bring back the clubs's Spring Indoor Soccer Recreation Program. The five-session program will kick off on March 9 and runs through April 13 and is focusing on helping the youngest players begin their love for the game of soccer.
The Spring Indoor Soccer Rec Program is open to all pre-K kids as they will be provided with a fun introduction to the game.
The program will be hosted in Ocean City, New Jersey at the Civic Center located at 840 E. 6th Street.
Each session will be one hour and will take place once per week with the goal of developing basic soccer skills and technical ability through fun activities, drills, and scrimmages.
"We are excited to bring the indoor rec program back to Ocean City this Spring for the second year in a row," said Nor'easters general manager Giancarlo Granese Jr. "We believe in getting pre-K kids to learn the game early, and this program will help lay that foundation for future growth and enjoyment of the game. Last year was such a success and we look forward to continuing our bond with the local children of Ocean City and surrounding areas and their families."
Registration is open at a cost of $60. All registered players will receive a free t-shirt. Participants should bring water bottles and shin guards to each session.
The Nor'easters are proud to offer help to families facing financial hardship. If you or someone you know are interested but are unable to afford the program, please contact the club's Director of Marketing Jill Adamson.
