The Ocean City Nor'easters pride themselves on helping players reach the next level and this involves setting the players up to continue their great Nor'easters form in College. This has been proven this year as we see the number of our players listed on NSCAA teams of the year.

The Nor'easters focus on a dual pathway when it comes to our young, aspiring players. Firstly, we look to develop the skills of the player, both physically and mentally to be able to move to the next level. Secondly, we look to win in the PDL and US Open Cup in order to put our players in the spotlight for pro clubs to take a closer look at them.
