The Ocean City Nor’easters have the opportunity to continue their historic streak in USL League Two this Friday night. After a franchise best start to the year sees them perfect through eight games, a Storm win over West Chester United would set another franchise record: Three Mid-Atlantic Division titles in a row.
The game will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. at Carey Stadium ("The Beach House") in Ocean City, N.J., America's Greatest Family Resort.
Single-game tickets for Nor'easters home games can be purchased for $10 each. The easiest way to purchase tickets is to buy them online through the Nor'easters website (OceanCityFC.com). Tickets can also be purchased at the Carey Stadium gate either with cash or with a smartphone.
For fans unable to make it out to the Beach House, the Nor'easters are continuing to partner with BFA Productions to provide a live video stream of every home game.

There will also be live updates provided on the Nor'easters' Twitter/X account and Instagram.
The Nor’easters enter Friday night's game as the only perfect team in all of USL-2 following Seacoast United Phantoms’ 4-2 defeat to AC Connecticut in the Northeast Division.
Ocean City has been ranked at third in the official USL-2 Power Rankings over the past three weeks, with the most recent edition being published before the Phantoms’ loss.
They are also one of just nine total teams who remain undefeated out of the 128 total clubs in the league. Only two teams in the league have allowed fewer goals than Ocean City's four. Only two teams in the league have a better goal difference than OCN's plus-21.
West Chester United currently sit in second place of the Mid-Atlantic Division on 13 points (4-3-2) but do not have enough potential points to win the division, but are still very much alive to remain in second place. The top two teams in the Mid-Atlantic Division qualify for the playoffs.
WCU enter Friday's match riding a four game winless streak (0-3-1) after starting the season undefeated in their first five (4-0-1). They most recently tied Lehigh Valley United Rush 1-1, with team’s top scorer Joshua Pulla grabbing his seventh on the year.
Ocean City was victorious in their first clash this year, pulling off an exciting 3-1 win courtesy of Jalen Anderson’s (South Florida / Hampden, CT) dagger after Joshua Pulla pulled one back in the second half.
The overall record in the series stands at 7-3-2 in favor of Ocean City, with one of those wins coming in US Open Cup competition. The Storm are 6-1-1 in their last eight meetings with WCU. Across all 12 games, the Nor’easters have scored 22 goals and allowed 16.
The Nor'easters offense has been a balanced attack, led by, surprisingly enough, a center back. Real Salt Lake draftee Josh Jones (Louisville, Hatfield, PA) has a team-leading four goals, which ties the single-season record for most goals scored by a defender. Another defender, Kaelan Debbage (Spring Arbor / Queensboro, Australia).leads the team in assists with four g
In advance of the meeting Matt Perrella, head coach of the Nor'easters said, “...West Chester gave us a great match last time and they present a different problem for us to solve… but no different than any other game, we’ve gotta work for three points in that match, and then move forward from that”.
These teams will still meet one more time in the regular season. The Nor’easters will again host United on July 13 to finish their season off at Carey Stadium.
